Method for Accessing the Meeting (Instrucciones en Español Abajo)

There are three ways members of the public may access this Board Meeting: (1) online, (2) by telephone by calling 888-475-4499 (Toll Free)  and entering the Meeting ID, or (3) in person.  

The Board of Education encourages public comment.  Any individual wishing to address the Board must sign up at the meeting. Speakers shall be given TWO minutes for their remarks.  

Speakers who do not sign up to provide comments may use the following alternative methods to provide comments to Board Members:

• Email all Board Members at [email protected];
• Mail comments via US Mail to 333 S. Beaudry Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90017; and
• Leave a voicemail message at (213) 443-4472, or fax (213) 241-8953. Communications received by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting will be distributed to all Board Members.

If you would like to access the meeting by calling in please follow these instructions:

1. Call  888-475-4499 (Toll Free)   and enter Meeting ID at the beginning of the meeting.
2. Press #, and then # again when prompted for the Participant ID.

Metodo de Acceder a la Reunión

Miembros del público tienen acceso a nuestras Reuniónes de las siguientes tres maneras: (1) Utilizando El Sitio Web, (2) por teléfono, llamando al 888-475-4499 (Toll Free) e ingresando la identificación (ID) de la reunión, o (3) en persona.  

Cualquier persona que desee dirigirse ante la Mesa Directiva deberá registrarse en persona en la junta, se le darán dos minutos para sus comentarios.

Tambien puede usar los siguientes métodos para dirigirse ante la Mesa Directiva:

• Presentar un comentario por medio de un correo electrónico,  enviándolo a la siguiente: [email protected], o
• Enviar una carta por correo a esta dirección (333 S. Beaudry, LA, CA 90017) o
• Dejar un mensaje telefónico llamando al (213) 443-4472 o
• Enviar un fax al (213) 241- 8953.
• Toda correspondencia que se reciba antes de las 5 pm el día antes de la reunión será distribuida a todos los miembros de la Mesa Directiva.

Las personas que deseen escuchar la junta por telephono deben usar el siguiente método:

1. Llamar al  888-475-4499 (Toll Free)  y pulsar el número de la Reunión al inicio de la reunión.
2. Pulsar # y luego otra vez #, cuando se solicite la Identificación del Participante (Participant ID).
